Welcome to Joseph’s Amazing Camels

Joseph’s Amazing Camels is the only company in the UK specialising in camels. Started in 2000 by Joseph and Rebecca Fossett we provide camel racing, camel polo, camel rides, camel trekking, the Three Kings and their Camels at Christmas, film ,TV, stage and photo shoots, promotions, corporate entertainment, team building, weddings, parties and camels for all occasions. We also do pig racing. JAC has the highest standards of training and animal welfare.

Now running the UK’s first camel dairy and you can come to the farm and buy fresh or frozen raw camel milk.

Come to the rolling hills of Warwickshire and enjoy an unforgettable experience – camel trekking in England. The three hour camel experience starts with tea and biscuits, then you help groom and tack up the camels. This allows you the chance to really get know and be hands on with your camel. The trek, one person per camel led by a handler, lasts an hour and a bit. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult who holds the child’s leg while they are on the camel. You finish this wonderful experience with a drink and strawberries.

1. Camel meet and greet.
This is a one hour experience on our private Camel Farm in the Warwickshire countryside. You will arrive and have tea and coffee whilst we get ‘snacks’ ready for the camels and do a quick health and safety talk with you.
You will then go into the field with the camels. You will feed them, meet them individually, have photos with them and be able to learn all about these amazing animals from the people who look after them.

No minimum amount of people and can do in all weather conditions.

2. Bedouin Experience On The Farm
This is a one hour, traditional Bedouin experience in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside. You will arrive and go straight to the field where there will be a Bedouin tent set up for you. You will nice served mint tea and dates, we will give you your riding hats (with traditional Bedouin headscarves on them to make you feel like you’re in Dubai) and disclaimers. Whilst this is happening you have the opportunity to go and see the camels up close, they will be ready and waiting to go in a pen beside the tent.
Once you have finished your tea and are ready to rumble, we will choose a camel for you and the trek will begin. The trek lasts about half an hour to forty five minutes around one of our fields on the farm, surrounded by beautiful countryside.

This is a weather dependent activity and there is also a weight limit of 13 stone.

3. Exclusive Countryside Camel Experience

We train our staff ourselves and they all have experience with the camels. We hold Public Liability Insurance of £5,000,000, which can be increased if needed. We have the correct Dangerous Wild Animals licence for taking the camels out and we have Performing Animal Licences.
