The Cabin Ludlow is adjacent to our farmhouse, set off Hope Bagot Lane within a 10 acre piece of our farm. This includes a small parcel of woodland and a lime kiln which we have restored. With views into the village of Knowbury and further afield across Shropshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire and on into Wales you can see something different every day. Come and see for yourself, every guest comments on it!
Outside The Cabin Ludlow has a large decked area with patio table, chairs and of course those wonderful views. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms (a king, double and single), bathroom with bath and shower over, a useful utility room with freezer, washing machine and space for coats and boots. The large open plan kitchen, dining and living area is light, bright and complemented with a log burner. Electric heaters throughout. Free wi-fi available. Not forgetting our welcome pack including scones, homemade jam, free range eggs, milk, tea & coffee.
Although it is very peaceful and tranquil here we are also within 4 miles of Tenbury Wells (Queen Victoria’s Little Town in the Orchard) and 6 miles from Ludlow, a thriving Medieval market town and architectural gem. Ludlow has also gained a reputation for its fine food and dining. Both towns have a plethora of privately owned shops as well as larger chain stores and supermarkets. Approximately 2 miles away is Clee Hill village with village shop, bakery and post office for daily essentials. Closer to hand, 100m down the lane is The Bennetts End Inn, good food, wine and local beers within walking distance. Travel out from here just 20-30 minutes in the car and a vast array of attractions are within reach such as Croft Castle, Berrington Hall, Hampton Court Gardens, Stockton Bury Gardens, Carding Mill Valley, Burford House Gardens, Severn Valley railway, the list goes on…
