Ty'n Rhos - Country House

Beautifully unique. Set in the tranquil foothills of Snowdonia. Home from home, with a touch of luxury.

We have four superior rooms, all located in the main building. Two are on the ground floor with chunky oak furniture and patio doors leading straight into the garden with their own outside table and chairs. Two superior rooms are on the 1^st floor with spectacular views towards Anglesey. All rooms have beautiful views over the rear of the garden. They are all large spacious rooms with cosy seating areas ideal for those staying for a longer period. All have en-suite with a bath and shower over.

The superior courtyard super king rooms are all located in the courtyard just across from the main building. All rooms are ground floor, 3 of which have bath with shower over (Room 19, 20 & 21), two with bath and walk-in shower (Room 12 & 14) and one with a large walk-in shower only (Room 17). Four rooms have full super king beds (Rooms 12, 17, 20 & 21) and have lovely chunky oak furniture. Two rooms have zip & link 6ft beds which can be set as twin rooms (Rooms 14 and 19). Five of our Courtyard rooms boast private patio areas with their own table and chairs to enjoy in warm weather (not Room 12), with two of these rooms enjoying private parking directly behind the rooms (Room 14 & 17).

Most of our standard doubles are located on the 1^st floor in the main building, with one, Room 15 Wood Forget Me Not, located in the Courtyard. All Main building standard rooms overlook the front or side of the building. Standard rooms all have a King (5ft) bed. There is a mixture of some having walk-in shower (rooms 11, 15 & 16) and others having shower over bath (room 5 & 6).

Ty’n Rhos Restaurant is for many guests the highlight of their stay, situated to the rear of the property looking out over the beautiful garden. It offers a tranquil and peaceful setting in which to enjoy your dinner. On many evenings here we are lucky enough to have a beautiful orange sunset at dusk for all to see from the restaurant.

Our service here is always attentive and friendly. We offer a relaxed, non-fussy service to suit our cosy surroundings and ambience.

The restaurant is serviced by a full brigade of Chefs delivering delicious and beautifully presented food with an emphasis on fresh, local, and own grown produce – the chefs boast their own herb garden and vegetable patches.

We often get asked our dress code for the restaurant to which we would always reply with smart/casual. We believe you should feel comfortable while dining in our restaurant so should you wish to dress up to celebrate your own special occasion, please feel free to do so.
