mYminiBreak is a small, family-run collection of dog-friendly stays on the North Norfolk coast, based just south of Hunstanton near the village of Heacham. The heart of it is a converted working farmyard — a proper old courtyard where the buildings have been turned into individually named rooms and self-catering spaces, each with its own front door, each with your car parked right outside. The Hayloft. The Roost. The Churnery. The Woodshed. Names that still carry the memory of what they were.

It’s not a hotel corridor. It’s not a holiday park. It’s a quiet farmyard where everyone has their own space, their own key, and their own front step to sit on with a coffee while the dog investigates the morning.

For those who prefer to cook on their own schedule, the self-catering rooms have everything you need. For those who want breakfast made for them, the B&B rooms deliver it properly — eggs from birds that have actually seen daylight. We also have shepherd huts and self-catering chalets for a slightly different kind of stay.

The location does the rest. The King Charles III England Coast Path runs right past the door — you can be walking through the Wild Ken Hill rewilding project within minutes, or head south along the foreshore towards RSPB Snettisham, one of the best birdwatching sites in the country. Hunstanton beach is close. Heacham lavender fields are a short stroll.

Dogs are genuinely welcome — not tolerated, welcome. No size limits, no awkwardness. The coast path, the beaches, and the countryside around here are as good for them as they are for you.
