Originally a 16th-Century coaching inn, The New Inn celebrates the rich farming heritage of rural Herefordshire. The menu is inspired by local flavours, using seasonal ingredients from local producers. Inside, the pub exudes warmth, with roaring fires, cosy booths and lots of original features, creating a stylish yet relaxed environment.

Dining
Our intimate dining experience brings together the best of Herefordshire hospitality and gastronomy.
Relax in the bar and enjoy a pint of local cider, indulge in our chef-designed cocktails or choose from our local gin list. Food can also be ordered from the bar menu between 12pm and 9pm, Wednesdays to Saturdays. And our delicious Sunday roast is served every Sunday between 12pm and 5pm.
In the restaurant you will discover a fabulous A La Carte menu filled with modern British dishes, with an extensive list of carefully curated wines, designed by esteemed Chef Michael Fowler.

The New Inn is perfectly positioned to explore the riches of Herefordshire and the Welsh borders. From the bustling city of Hereford, with its beautiful Cathedral, to undulating valleys of Symonds Yat, and local market towns, Monmouth and Ross-on-Wye.
We have lovingly restored three rooms within the Inn, each one beautifully decorated to provide a luxurious stay for our dinner guests and visitors.
