Welcome to Three Gates Farm holiday cottages.

Our five 17th Century self catering farm cottages are set in the beautiful East Devon countryside.

We have a large, warm, indoor swimming pool (33 ft), sauna, fitness room, play area, trampoline and two acres of grounds in which to relax or run wild!

Our location is a perfect stepping off point for exploring Devon’s top attractions including Exmoor and the North and South coasts (we’re 15 minutes from the M5).

Our 4 star cottages, sleeping up to 22 in total, are all equipped with central heating, dishwashers, flat screen TVs, DVD players and free WiFi.

Three Gates is surrounded by farmland and wildlife; a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The farm buildings have all been beautifully converted, retaining many original features, timbers and stonework.

We’re located just outside the village of Huntsham, 3 miles from the popular town of Bampton, which has a range of excellent pubs, restaurants, cafes and local shops and 6 miles from the market town of Tiverton.

We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved dogs.
