Listers Cottage

The Lister Cottage is a traditionally built 4 bedroomed property standing in the grounds of, and adjacent to, The Lister Arms Hotel, it has its own garden and private parking for up to 3 cars with additional parking available in the main hotel car park.
The village of Malham is set in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales surrounded by magnificent limestone scenery and is the perfect base for walking,cycling,horse-riding and a multitude of other outdoor activities and sightseeing.
With the convenience of being set next to the The Lister Arms Hotel which is renowned for its fine beers and food the cottage has been built to a standard which reflects the former buildings status as a Grade 2 listed building. Whilst the exterior conforms to a traditional image of a dales property, stone built with oak lintels, the interior is a lovely mix of the traditional such as flagged & oak floors, oak beams and exposed stone walls with high quality contemporary fittings and furniture.

 

Eshton Lodge

An original lodge with imposing and ornate elevations Eshton Lodge most probably dates from the 19th Century & is semi-detached with an even older cottage residence.
Built as a lodge to nearby Eshton Hall it is close to other interesting historic residences which will have formed part of the original estate.
Set amidst the woodland & open countryside of The Yorkshire Dales National Park with immediate access to countryside walks but only a mile from the picturesque village of Gargrave with its shops & amenities (including railway station).
The market town of Skipton is within 5 miles and the railway station has services to Leeds, Bradford & London.

 

Bull Barn Cottage

Bull Barn cottage is a new conversion of a barn dating from the early 1600's set on a quiet lane in the charming village of Kirkby Malham.
The village is home to the beautiful 15th Century church of `St. Michael the Archangel, it's thought that its church bells are heard by Tom in the novelist Charles Kingsley`s “Water Babies”
The interior of the barn has been completed to a very high contemporary standard with an open plan kitchen/dining room & lounge with wood burning stove and large patio windows opening out onto a cobbled area at the front of the barn.
On the first floor are 3 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and the other two sharing a large house bathroom, exposed oak and pine beams throughout give the cottage a lovely character.

 

Hill Top House

A grade II listed country house with five bedrooms.
As the name suggests Hill top House is set in an elevated position with stunning views over the popular Dales village of Malham & Malham Cove. This is an extremely elegant house with many original features and sumptuous furnishings It has its own private patio & garden with parking for three cars & further parking to be arranged on booking.
