Fir Tree Cottage Crafts is a retail shop situated on a pedestrianised street in central Ludlow. We sell a wide range of Craft Kits and Supplies, Dolls' Houses, Dolls' House Furniture and Accessories and we also offer a Picture Framing Service for all your pictures, tapestries and other items. In addition we have a small but well stocked haberdashery section which includes fabric panels and "fat quarters" suitable for patchwork and quilting. Also we stock a wide selection of jewellery findings, pendants and beads for you to make your own jewellery. The most recent improvement to the services we offer is that we have started up an eBay shop and are currently adding Dolls' House accessories to it, so if you cannot easily visit our "real" shop you can still view many items on line and have them delivered without travelling any further than to your favourite armchair!Featured Attraction

How Stean Gorge How Stean is a spectacular limestone gorge, situated in an Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty, in the very heart of Nidderdale among lush green pastures. Known as 'Yorkshire's Little Switzerland' to the Victorians, the Gorge is crossed by narrow bridges between the rocky paths that lead down and across the rock face. The scenery is breathtaking, and the beck that runs through the Gorge can be anything from a gentle stream to a raging gushing torrent - depending on the rainfall and time of year. |
