 Burwarton Show - 6 August 2009 - prides itself on having retained a truly rural and agricultural flavour and will once again offer some of the finest livestock displays and equestrian competitions in the region together with a wide variety of tradestands selling everything from a combine harvester through to clothes, gardening equipment, etc. In addition, the show is a shop window for locally produced food products, crafts, conservation information and much, much more. Main ring entertainment throughout the afternoon will include The Kangaroo Kid, Ye Olde Redtail Falconry Display and the Paws For Thought Dog Display team as well as the grand parade of livestock and horses, pet lamb competitions, open mounted fancy dress, Concours d'Elegance driving carriages and vintage tractors. Ticket prices are £11.00 (adult), £10.00 (OAP), and £3.00 (child) through the gates on Show day.
