ImageOrganic growers of Herbaceous Perennials and Alpines - also Holiday Let & Campsite.

Caves Folly Nurseries was established in 1979, nestling on the Herefordshire slopes of the Malvern Hills. We are, as far as we know, one of only a handful of commercial producers of organically grown products in the UK. Caves Folly Nurseries also produce, pack and distribute quality firewood and kindling.

We have been growing plants organically for over 15 years in peat free compost, using an alternative of woodfibre and coir with a Soil Association recommended N.P.K. fertilizer.

Some of our Wholesale customers include The National Trust, English Nature,  H.D.R.A Ryton Organic Gardens and W.R.A.P.

None of our plants or grounds are sprayed with chemicals, everything is maintained or dealt with naturally, either by the fauna or us, resulting in a nursery heaving with wildlife (both pests and predators) and a natural balance has developed over the years, one controlling the other.

New for this year is our holiday cottage, The Pleck, with views to the nearby Malvern Hills and our eco-campsite in the wildflower meadow. The Pleck is situated within our organic nursery on the Herefordshire slopes of the Malvern Hills with fabulous views of the Hills. The patio doors open onto our wild flower meadow with all its delights of flora and fauna! The nursery shop on site sells organic fruit and vegetables and other local produce.

There are lots of wonderful walks, bike rides and other activities in the area. There is an up to date information board situated in the shop with details of local events. Only 3 miles from the Three ounties Show Ground, this is an ideal place to stay for the Malvern Spring Garden Show !
