The Manifold Inn

The Manifold Inn is a delightful 200 year old coaching inn and restaurant run by dedicated staff, under whose friendly care offers warm hospitality and quality home cooked food.
The mellow stone inn is positioned within its own grounds making it a breathtaking venue for functions and fairs. Nestling on the banks of the Manifold River, opposite The Old Toll House which used to serve the turnpike and river ford, this beautiful listed building is positioned on the intersection of a popular walking route alongside the Tissington Trail amongst the famous Derbyshire hills and some of England's most natural and unspoilt scenery.

Restaurant
The Manifold Inn provides an ever changing menu that reflects whichever produce is in season. Our meals are all freshly prepared in our kitchen using the finest ingredients from local suppliers such as Manifold Valley Meats and Hartington Stilton. We always offer a wide selection of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes.

On Sundays we offer traditional roast lunch with a choice of two meats. You may also enjoy our wide range of meals including favourites like beef & ale pie, or fish & chips in either our cosy bar or our light and airy conservatory.

Bar

The welcoming bar area at The Manifold Inn provides a generous selection of real and cask ales, lager, wine and spirits. As a free house, The Manifold Inn has embraced the ability to stock an impressive variety of beverages for the casual drinker and veteran connoissier alike!

Characteristically, we serve a range of real cask ales including Hartington, Pedigree and selected guest beers.

Accommodation & Holiday Cottage
Guest accommodation is either in the converted old blacksmith shop in the secluded rear courtyard, in our holiday cottage, or at the Inn. Our beautiful holiday cottage comprises a double master bedroom with en-suite and a twin room. It has a country kitchen and a warm lounge packed full of original features and your own wood burning stove. All ten bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have en-suite shower rooms, colour TV, tea/coffee-making facilities and telephones including a junior suite with its own seating area and specially designed bed and furniture. For disabled guests there are two specially-equipped twin bedrooms. Guests may relax in the quiet of their own lounge or join in the friendly local atmosphere of the Inn. Fresh home-cooked meals can be taken in the dining area or cosy bar with its deep panelled window seats and beamed ceilings. Whatever your holiday needs, a stay in the Manifold Inn will be as friendly and comfortable as possible.
