The original cottage part of the farmhouse dates back to the early 17th century and was originally known as The Barms Farm. In 1930 our late grandad Joseph Naden bought the property as  a  working  farm.  Although  the pedigree  dairy herd was dispersed in 1998 we still have a small flock of sheep and two horses, who graze the surrounding fields. Since the 1980's the house has been sympathetically extended and upgraded without detracting from the original character and charm of the property. We continue our ongoing enhancement programme to maintain and improve our current high standards.

We started to offer quality bed and breakfast accommodation within well proportioned, en-suite bedrooms in 1989 and over the years have always provided our guests with exceptional comfort and a homely, personal service.
