Acorn Guest House is a large Edwardian red brick house well situated for everything Oxford has to offer.

Acorn Guest House is a friendly, reasonably priced, family run business. All guest rooms have central heating, coffee and tea making facilities and colour TV.

We have a computer for guests use and WiFi in all rooms.

Acorn is non-smoking throughout.

Double and twin rooms have ensuite bathrooms apart from two budget rooms.

Parking

There is parking for our guests directly in front of the house. There is room for approximately six cars. If there are no spaces left you can usually find something nearby.

Eating Out

There is a big choice of restaurants either on nearby Cowley Road and St Clements or in the town centre. There are Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Indian and Italian restaurants nearby, a wonderful Fish Restaurant in St Clements (walking distance) and there are also pub and cafe meals and a fish and chip shop nearby. At busy times of year (eg graduation, summer holidays) and weekends it is worth booking a table if you want to go to a particular restaurant.

Noise

The house is set back from a main road and the rooms at the front of the house all have double glazed windows, however there is some traffic noise. The rooms overlooking the garden at the back of the house are very quiet.
