We offer gentle cycling, walking and boating holidays through the beautiful areas of Oxford, Kent, the Cotswolds, Devon Bath and the historic landscape of the Thames River and London. Our routes are unique flat routes with easy gradients and few hills. Most tours are self guided with hand picked, quality accommodation. A Capital Host will meet you at the start of your tour and your luggage will be sent on to your next destination each day.  Everything is taken care of leaving you to enjoy your holiday.
 
New for 2010 we have launched tours which include a walking or boating element. Floating Down the Thames combines boating and walking from Oxford via Windsor to London whilst White Horse Downs & Thames Meadows combines walking and cycling from Oxford through pretty villages, on to the famous Vale of the White Horse and back to Oxford. Both tours are self guided.
 
Also new this year is the Luxury Gastronomic Thames tour <http://www.capital-sport.co.uk/gentle-gastronomic-tours.php> which takes you from Oxford to Windsor by boat and stopping at the finest hotels and includes exceptional dining at Michelin restaurants. This tour is self guided.
